Before even thinking to get a six pack Abs, please try to understand what six these "Packs" really are. The Rectus abdomen is collectively known as the "Six Pack". There are few people who display 4 rows, also known as the 8 pack abs. This 6 or 8 packs depends upon the muscles of every individual. So if you have only 3 visible rows, no matter how hard you try you cannot make the 4th one visible. Its just that you're the body is different. Don't worry, women like 6 and 8 pack abs equally.
The 3-minute exercise to get 6 pack abs - Seriously if getting a six pack ab was so easy then hell, every 2nd guy would have a 6 pack ab. These are just clicked baits on youtube. If there's a person whose weight is 80kg and has little belly bulging, can he get a 6 pack ab in three minutes? No way.
How to really get Six Pack Abs in thehome or in the Gym.
I'll talk about few points here as to how you can get a legitimate six pack ab either you're in ahome or in the gym. DIET
You can do all the abs exercise you want to do but if you do not have control over your food then forget about having even a single pack. Junk foods are the enemies of these packs. If you're a slim person then its fine to eat pizzas, burger, fried food now and then but still try to avoid it. A person who's trying to lose the belly fat cannot afford to eat any unhealthy or food which contains more amount of fat like dairy products, red meat.
Cutting calories is very important but maintaining the calories as well as the protein, fat and carbohydrates are also essential. Green vegetables, protein-rich foods,and fruits are the best diets for asix-pack. Protein rich diet is another most important factor to consider when it comes to getting six pack abs. to get perfect body you must include protein shakes in your daily diet.
Exercises & Fitness
Going to a gym to workout is always a better option to have a healthy and fit body and not only six pack abs. Follow the exercises religiously the trainer tells you to do. Skipping the gym will never let you grow your abs, so be disciplined and punctual. A gym also provides various equipment for abs exercises. If you're too busy and not able to hit the gym to work out or maybe sometimes you miss going to the gym then you can check YouTube and DVDS on exercises that help you to get six pack abs.
