Physique to die for-Pankaj Gajwani
Pankaj Gajwani is a professional bodybuilding coach, fitness trainer, and model. He was the winner of Mr. India 2016 contest. Pankaj works with the Team Jerai fitness outfit as a fitness pundit, instructor and preparation coach for those aspiring to be like him. Pankaj is often seen sharing tips online.
SHAPING THE HUMAN CLAY
Pankaj Gajwani was no stranger to physical exercise and fitness. He was invested in sports as a child and was an avid cricketer. At the age of 15, Pankaj was competing for his team in the Under-16 division. Unfortunately, due to his deteriorating condition in academics, his parents refused to assist him in supporting his athletic dreams.
Pankaj never gave up on his knack for practicing fitness. He groomed himself to be a model as well. Pankaj managed to reach the TOP 10, for Mr.India in 2013 too. Following this stint, Pankaj shifted to Mumbai and enrolled in an acting course. After several auditions, he reverted to his calling in fitness!
Pankaj Gajwani had set his mind on furthering the cause of becoming a fitness expert in his own right. So he decided to complete a certification course for the same. Pankaj’s did not slow down bettering his physicality! He exhibited more lean mass than before and his modeling charisma coupled with it, gained him some spotlight.
By 2015, Pankaj had set his mind on imperatively winning the 2016 edition of Mr. India. He fulfilled his goal, landed a bronze award at the Sheru Classic and won the Jerai Classic contests in 2016! The icing on the cake was when Pankaj Gajwani was announced as the winner in the following edition of the Jerai Classic in 2017 too! Pankaj has also been Mr. UP, thrice, in the Men’ Physique category! Pankaj credits the success to his late mother, Mrs. GeetaGajwani, who had faith in his dreams since his childhood.
RACE TO THE SUMMIT
Pankaj has often lamented that his hometown, Kanpur had lacked the helping hand of motivated individuals. Kanpur’s fitness society and gyms teemed of promoters who only believe in pushing sponsorship products! Pankaj Gajwani however, remained steadfast in his esoteric grasp of fitness and body-building. He sought independence in never having to ask for a hand-out from his parents, even if to chase his own dreams. After setting an example for aspiring amateurs, Pankaj continues to strive towards his goal of representing India on the main stage of the Mr. Olympia competition! He has already achieved the Bronze award in the Asia Amateur category in 2017.

Pankaj strictly follows a diet chart of:
o 1st Meal- 6 eggs whites.
o 1st Meal - 6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 apple.
o 2nd Meal – 300gms Chicken, 1 cup brown-bread.
o 3rd Meal – Protein-shake with 5 almonds.
o 4th Meal – Post-workout protein-shake with glutamine, 4 slices of brown-bread with peanut-butter.
o 5th Meal – 300gms roasted fish, 1 cup rice.
o 6th Meal - Casein protein with 5 almonds.

Pankaj recommends concentrating on all body-segments, starting with the weak muscles. He advises, “Being consistent is a key to success. You got to work hard every single day, for the body you want”.
