Viren Barman-a man with amazing motivation

Viren Barman was a shy and nervous child who became a fitness enthusiast and went on to become Mr. India 2016-2017. He is an amazing bodybuilder with complete dedication to his workouts and diet. Fitness became his lifestyle as Viren faced a great deal of health problems while growing up. He realized the value of good health and induced fitness regimes in his daily activities.

Early life of Viren Barman

A very introvert and nervous kid during his childhood, Viren loved various activities like playing different sports, painting, playing new instruments etc. and was very active. With several health problems steeping in, Viren found relief in exercises and nutrition, which helped him recover and gain immense strength.

He struggled to explore his own strength and potential and with great hard work and efforts, achieved them and has valued good health more than other things in life. Viren’s lifestyle includes proper nutrition which is required for a bodybuilder, HIIT, strength training etc. with great dedication and commitment Viren’s fitness regime is well designed to keep his body fit and fabulous.

Great achievements and future plans

Mr. India is the most prestigious title in the country and holding this title means a lot to any individual. Viren Barman has won the Mr. India 2016-17 title owing to his great body which he has achieved through continuous hard work anddevotion. His future plans are to attract more and more individuals towards healthy goals and educate them about how to achieve it.

Viren also loves to act and is an ardent reader which he aims to pursue in the future. His love for travelling has taken him to astounding places and wishes to travel a lot in the near future.

Exercise regime

Viren loves to work out five to six times a week to maintain his amazing physique along with a healthy diet. Here are a few exercises that he performs:

HIIT

Deadlifts

Bench press

Squats

Rows

My nutritious diet

My diet includes scrambled eggs along with protein rich veggies like baby spinach and Shiitake mushrooms. I also love Masala oats during my breakfast as they are filling as well as high on nutrition.

Message for today’s youngsters from Mr. India

According to Viren, “Your life is based on your perception of reality. A situation is never good or bad, it’s just a situation. Your reaction to it makes it good or bad, so gain control of your mind and you can control the situation”.

In the end, Viren wishes luck to all the aspiring individuals who wish to start bodybuilding or enroll in the Mr. India contest.
