2. What is your typical process when working with a new client?
Ans : Our program works in the following 4 phases: Phase 1: Function which is related to Mobility + Stability Phase 2: Health concerned with Moment Patterns Phase 3: Fitness related to the load Training Phase 4: Performance is concerned with Performance Training
3. What educational background and/or professional qualifications do you have in your field of practice?
Ans : I am a certified fitness professional and a certified nutritionist.
4. How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ans : I have been working on my personal fitness for college days. As I was so passionate about this field I started learning more about it and got certified in the fitness and nutrition field. Then, I started working with online clients who approached me through my social media channels and personal recommendations.
5. What types of clients have you worked with?
Ans : People looking for weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, and powerlifting, inclusive of all genders and age groups.
6. Describe a recent project you enjoyed. How long did it take?
Ans : I worked in a Client Transformation recently. She approached me through Instagram to achieve her weight loss goals with multiple medical conditions like Thyroid, uric acid issues, and migraine. She had already taken personal training from numerous fitness trainers and nutritionists without getting satisfactory results. Once she approached me, I created a customized diet plan and workout plan for the next six months, considering her health conditions and goals in mind. At the end of the transformation, she dropped her weight from 79 Kg to 56 kg over six months. She also reported having improved her overall health. She was delighted with her transformation, and it was tremendously satisfying for me as a fitness professional.
7. What advice would you give a client looking to hire a Professional in your domain?
Ans : Clients should look for knowledgeable trainers who provide training based on facts, evidence-backed by science and research with no scope for bro-science, instead of simply focusing on their certificates or physique.
